 Employee Service Compensation…. Flat Tipping Fee of $19 per month charged for Kitchen Staff and Wait Staff. The objective….to provide a system that guarantees income on a consistent basis to offset the fixed cost of members. We have figured that if we charge each member $19, we can pay the fixed costs of our Kitchen Staff and Waiters without tipping and without food minimums.
And….it is very important to note that the Wait Staff is still paid their TIPS as if you were still Tipping 15%!!!.
There is NO REDUCTION in earnings to our Staff!!! So, come enjoy the food and beverages at the club with your friends. It’s All About the Fun – and saving money!!!

The Small Print – The No Paying Tips applies to all membership Classifications. The No paying Tips does not apply to group functions, special events (Weddings, Christmas Parties, “ect.) or outside groups. The No Paying Tips is for food and beverage only. As always, you may leave an additional tip for outstanding service. The No Paying Tips does not apply to all other areas of the club. We ask that when appropriate you continue to tip the Service Personnel in the Men’s and Ladies Locker Room for shining shoes, providing towels and the like as well as tipping the cart personnel and others as you feel appropriate.
